Description
Spirit of Atlanta is seeking licensed healthcare providers who are interested in applying their
skills to a unique and challenging performing arts environment. Spirit of Atlanta is looking for
licensed athletic trainers, nurses, and emergency medical technicians to assist with the
following duties during our 2026 season (Typically late May through mid August).

Responsibilities
Responsibilities in injury evaluation, rehabilitative care, first aid care, and general medical care to the members and staff of the drum corps.

  • Perform on-going care to ensure members of corps are able to perform at their highest level.

  • Communicate with staff & administration on individual injury/performance status.

  • Ensure consistent and accurate documentation of all medical encounters.

 

Qualifications
Must be a licensed ATC/RN/EMT by start of employment. Must also have a current CPR/ECC certification and professional liability insurance.

  • Must be at least 21 years of age, have a valid driver’s license, and pass a background check. It is critical to have access to a reliable laptop and cell phone during employment.

 

Additional Information
Medical staff will be a live-in position with the drum corps. When tour begins, the medical staff will travel with the drum corps.

 

Compensation

  • Competitive pay based on experience and availability.

  • Housing, transportation, and food will be provided by the drum corps.
